How it works
Pick a test and answer honestly, one question at a time. Most take between three and ten minutes. When you finish, your result appears instantly: a clear profile, your scores, chapters written to be useful, and a free audiobook matched to what you are going through.
You can download a story card to share, send a private link to your result, and come back later to see how your scores have changed. Read the full methodology to see where every question comes from.

Frequently asked questions
Are Inner Map tests really free?
Yes. Every test, every result and every share card is free. There is no email wall, no account and no paid report.
Are these tests scientific?
They are built on research. Some use published, freely available research scales (like the IPIP Big Five and the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory). Others use original questions based on established research models. Each test page lists its sources, and our methodology page explains how scores are calculated.
Is Inner Map a diagnosis?
No. Inner Map is a tool for self-understanding. It does not diagnose any mental health condition. If something feels heavy, please talk to a qualified professional.
What happens to my answers?
Nothing leaves your device. Results are calculated in your browser, and only you decide whether to share them.
Who created Inner Map?
Inner Map was created by Marieme Seck, author of the #1 Self-Help audiobook on Spotify in the USA and UK, as a free companion to her books on anxiety, burnout, relationships and the nervous system.
